Learn and practice tools and techniques to enable you to:

- reduce your stress levels

- improve your overall mental health and wellbeing

- manage your emotions

- increase your mindfulness and self awareness

- improve your sense of purpose and fulfilment in life

- improve mental clarity

and much much more!

This class will focus on mindfulness techniques and yoga nidra to link breath, mind and body.
