Welcome to The Practitioners Circle!

Are you a wellness facilitator, practitioner, instructor or therapist looking to connect with like minded people working in the wellness field, nurture yourself and learn at the same time?

The Practitioners Circle is an inclusive safe space to socialise with others working in the wellness space to share experiences, learn from each other and feel supported on your journey. It is a chance to refill your own cup with an evening of nurturing through restorative breathwork and reiki.

What's involved?

The first half of the evening will involve:

Tea and refreshments
Sharing in circle and connection
Coaching and learning

The second half of the evening will involve receiving:

Restorative breathwork
Reiki
Meditation and intention setting

We are passionate about creating an inclusive community and safe space for all wellness practitioners of any experience level to come to share, debrief, grow, learn, form friendships and community.

We believe that practitioners need to be refilling their own cup and receive nurturing so they do not burn out and can make the biggest difference to the world around them.

ABOUT US:

Bella (Instagram: @bloom_with_bella) is an Advanced Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, Astrologer, Aromatherapy Specialist with a BA in Gender Studies from Sydney, Australia. Bella uses the power of reiki and the breath to release stored emotions and tension trapped in the body, allowing you to shift patterns and step forward in life. Bella’s vision is to make the healing power of breathwork and embodiment accessible to all, no matter where they may be on their wellness journey.
Catriona (Instagram: @theempoweringproject) is a Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, Certified Life Coach, Cacao Facilitator, Registered Nurse and Teacher from Galway, Ireland. Catriona's hunger to learn and share her knowledge is driven by the aim to empower people with their own health and wellness journey. Catriona harnesses the power of reiki and breathwork to blend mind, body and spirit to truly enhance health in a holistic nature for the individual.

WHAT TO BRING:

Water
Journal and pen
Comfy clothes
Eye mask/eye pillow or blanket (optional)
Yoga mats and bolsters are free to use at the studio, so no need to bring your own!
