A collective for men to get back to their primitive ways while bringing balance to their lives through healthy masculinity

This session we are going back to our primal competitive roots as we wrestle for dominance to allow our masculinity to be expressed in a healthy environment.

A place where men can come together to connect and grow through:

- Wrestling 

- Strength 

- Breathwork

- Meditation

- Ice bath 

- Fire ceremony and share circle
