THE PROPHET presents; ‘ A Night At The Theatre’.

A curated showcase of poetry, dance, film, performance art and more.
This event is the first of its kind in the historical Regent Theatre, who’s doors have recently been reopened thanks to the M-Arts Precinct. Within hosting this show we hope to offer a fresh and unique entertainment experience for the community of Murwillumbah and surrounds.

The lineup will include local and interstate feature acts who have been hand-selected for the event, alongside these artists will be a collection of successful applicants who responded to our creative call-out, and

It is our intention to create spaces for local creatives to share the stage alongside established and experienced performers, and have the chance to share their work with the community.

You can expect an immersive evening filled with dance performances, film screenings, storytelling, poetry and more.

The lineup includes local and interstate feature acts;

Huda Fadlelmawla (2021 Australian Poetry Slam Champion, 2x QLD Poetry Slam Champion)

Robin Archbold (Woodford Poetry Slam, Story Telling Award + 2x Lismore Poetry Cup champion, founder of Nimbin Performance Poetry World Cup + Sunshine Coast Spoken Word)

Slowth (Aaron Griffin)

Mystic Just (2025 Nimbin Performance Poetry World Cup Champion)

Alongside these artists will be a collection of successful applicants who responded to our creative call-out

DOORS OPEN 6 PM
SHOW BEGINS 6.30PM

Show will finish roughly 10 PM
With a 30 minute intermission in between.

The Regent Cinema can be found at 5 Brisbane Street, as a part of the M-Arts Precinct.
