You’re capable. You’re driven. But somewhere between the doing and the achieving, it’s easy to lose the thread of why.

Purpose is the intersection of what you're built for, what you care most about, and what the world keeps asking you to bring.

When those three things align - you don't just perform better. You feel like yourself again.

The Purpose Compass is a special one-off afternoon for women who are ready to slow down just long enough to remember what they’re actually chasing- and leave with the clarity and tools to go get it.

Over 2 hours, Wellness Embodied Cairns founder, leadership coach, endurance athlete and yoga teacher Suzanne Rath guides you through science-backed reflection, gentle stretching, and practical tools to help you build your own personal purpose blueprint.

PLUS! We'll be joined by Michelle Traill of Exhala, who'll guide you through several breathwork practices to help you relax, connect and drop in.

Want to go deeper? Add the optional guided ice bath - a 30-minute cold exposure experience with breathwork that anchors your new clarity and proves to your nervous system that you can handle whatever comes next.

Every dollar raised goes directly to the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation.
