Hello beautiful Souls!

I am excited to be holding this sacred space to help you peeling off all the layers of masks hiding the real you!

This workshop is about permanently releasing your emotional baggages to free you from what's blocking you to become who you really want to be and finally achieve your ideal goals.

I know you have been promised this before, however here we are talking about real and permanent energetic shifts from the inside out.

From the womb to today, negative and traumatic experiences have occurred in your life.

Along with those experiences, negative emotions like fear, guilt, resentment, anger, self-abuse ect.. were created.

Sometime experiences are so intense that the body gets overwhelmed and cannot process these emotions.

They then get lodged in the weakest point of the body and live there until we transition to the other side!

They weaken the area of the body where they live, creating pain and illnesses not only in the physical body but also the emotional and spiritual body.

This in turn creates those states of depression, anxiety, addictions, feeling lost, lack of abundance, toxic relationships and all the other symptoms we do not want in our ideal life.

It can also create a wall around the heart, making it harder to feel joy and happiness in little things.

This is when we feel "blasé" and empty no matter what we do.

In this workshop I will be showing you how to identify those negative emotions one by one, as well as when they happened, why they happened and where they are located in your body to finally release them permanently.

We will also identify the areas of your life that are not working for you and work backwards to find out why and release the cause.

This means a lighter heart, a lighter body, a lighter mind and a lighter soul which in turns means a happier you!

It's located at the end of the Isle of Palms Complex, next to the pool.

Visitor carpark can be found at the front of the Function room and throughout the Island as well as before the reception at the entrance.

The event includes a morning tea to keep you grounded :)
