Hello Beautiful Souls! Welcome to a mini retreat for you!

I am beyond excited to hold this sacred space for you—a place where you can finally begin peeling off the layers of masks that have hidden the real you.
I'm traveling from France to finally meet and connect with my favorite Aussies, sharing my knowledge to help you reclaim your power of self-healing!

This day is about more than just temporary relief—it's about permanently releasing the emotional baggage that has been weighing you down, blocking you from becoming who you truly want to be and achieving your ideal goals.

I know you've heard promises like this before, but what we're offering is something different. This is real, lasting, and profound energetic transformation from the inside out.

From the moment you were in the womb until now, you’ve experienced moments of fear, guilt, resentment, anger, and even self-doubt. These emotions, born out of life's challenges and traumas, often become too overwhelming for the body to process. When that happens, they don’t just disappear—they lodge themselves into the weakest areas of your body and remain there, creating imbalances that lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual pain.

This can show up as depression, anxiety, feelings of being lost, or even physical illness. It can block your ability to form healthy relationships, experience abundance, and feel joy in life’s simple moments. Sometimes, these trapped emotions even build a wall around your heart, leaving you feeling empty, "blasé," and disconnected, no matter what you do.

But here’s the beautiful truth: you CAN release these emotions, and you don’t have to carry them forever.

What to Expect:
- Deep Emotional Release: In this workshop, I will guide you step-by-step through the process of identifying these negative emotions, understanding when and why they took root, and finally releasing them *permanently* from your body.
- Uncover Your Hidden Blocks: We’ll explore the areas of your life that feel stuck, working backwards to discover the root cause and release it for good.
- Lighter, Happier You: As you release these layers, you’ll feel lighter in body, heart, mind, and soul, leading to a greater sense of joy, peace, and clarity.

What to bring:

- Your beautiful self with an open mind

- A notebook & pen

- A yoga mat & a lil blanket if you feel the need

- A bottle of water

This is your opportunity to clear out the emotional and energetic clutter that has kept you from living your fullest life. Let’s work together to help you feel more aligned, more vibrant, and more connected to your true self.

Get ready to find your way back home—back to the real you.
