A Sunday morning just for you 🌿

Join us for a gentle Sunday morning Sound Bath and meditation, followed by a morning tea and a chat with women who get it.

Our October Quiet Hour will be facilitated by the beautiful Sandy from Harmonic Sanctum, a Gold Coast based Accredited Sound Practitioner. Through an immersive sound bath, Sandy can help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

Our sessions are for anyone touched by breast cancer - newly diagnosed, midway through treatment, years into survivorship, living with cancer, or somewhere in between. You don't need to be at any particular stage, and you don't need to have done yoga or meditation before.

Our sessions are designed for everyone to feel comfortable. Take a chair, lie down, the whole time, leave early if you need to (nobody will bat an eyelid).

Then we put the mats away and sit down together over morning tea with others who don't need anything explained to them, and understand what you are going through.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Maria, Nicky and Mel
