Thank you for our lovely women's circle!
A beautiful evening, incredibly healing and restorative for me. I loved the safe and supportive embodying environment and space you’ve created, so very therapeutic and life-enhancing. Thank you!
A gentle, restorative space for women who feel like they’ve been carrying too much for too long.
Life can become full, loud, and endlessly demanding - and in the middle of it all, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself.
The Quiet Hour is your invitation to step out of the noise and come back to you.
Through ceremonial cacao, a guided meditation, and soft reflection, you’ll be supported to slow down, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with the part of you that doesn’t need to hold everything together.
There is nothing you need to perform, explain, or get right. No prior meditation experience needed.
Just space to breathe again.
Women often leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more like themselves than when they arrived - as if something within has gently settled back into place.
No experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Bring yourself, as you are. Cacao is available, or you’re welcome to bring your own grounding drink if you prefer.
You are gently guided into an evening of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
We begin by arriving and settling in with a ground, clear and protect visualisation + ceremonial cacao (optional). From there, you’ll be guided through a meditation designed to calm the nervous system and help you soften out of the busyness of everyday life.
The experience closes with time to journal and optional gentle reflection, giving you space to land back into yourself before returning to your evening feeling more grounded and clear.
No experience is needed at all.
Everything is guided in a simple, accessible way, and you are fully supported throughout the evening. You don’t need to know how to “do” anything - just arrive as you are.
No.
There is never any pressure to share, speak, or participate beyond what feels comfortable for you.
This is a space of deep permission, including permission to simply receive.
Yes.
Many women come to The Quiet Hour feeling exactly that way. This space is designed to support you in slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with yourself - especially during busy, heavy, or uncertain seasons of life.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
That’s completely okay.
There is nothing you need to get right. You will be gently guided throughout, and many women find that even if their mind is busy at first, their body begins to soften simply from being in a supported space.
There is no expectation to “empty your mind” or achieve a particular state.
Also, if you fall asleep during the meditation, know that your subconscious is receiving. I also record each meditation at the end of the month and post on YouTube so you can replay the meditation at your place in your own time.
Ceremonial cacao is a gentle, natural plant-based drink traditionally used in heart-opening and grounding practices.
I make it dairy and sugar free, and it is completely optional.
You are welcome to participate with cacao, bring your own drink, or simply sit and receive the meditation without it.
The Quiet Hour runs for approximately 80–90 minutes, depending on the natural flow of the evening.
You’ll be gently guided throughout and will finish feeling grounded and complete rather than rushed.
Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax.
You may also like to bring a water bottle, a journal, or anything that helps you feel settled. Cushions, mats, and blankets are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
No.
The Quiet Hour is not therapy or counselling. It is a guided experiential space designed to support relaxation, self-connection, and emotional awareness.
While many women find it deeply supportive and insightful, it is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
My role is to hold a safe, grounded, and intuitive space for you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
I write and gently guide the meditation and structure of the evening, while also allowing space for presence, reflection, and whatever naturally arises within the group energy.
No.
This space is for any woman who feels drawn to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with herself - regardless of spiritual beliefs or background.
You don’t need to believe anything specific to benefit from the experience.
