    A SUNDAY LUNCH FOR 1, 2 or 3

    Cook with the master of French cuisine in Australia to prepare and bake your own Comte Cheese Soufflé for Sunday lunch.


    Accompanied by a bitter leaf salad, you’ll learn the nuances that give rise to the perfect soufflé, whilst sipping on a 2016 Masson-Blondelet Pouilly-Fume preceded by a Lillet Blanc & thyme spritz.
