This event is free for anyone from a Pride Pledge organisation is ideally suited to DEI Leads, HR Professionals and Rainbow Network teams working on Rainbow DEI.

Collecting and using Rainbow Demographic data remains one of the toughest aspects of our Rainbow Inclusion maturity here in New Zealand. Still, very few clients are collecting data and using it to inform their programmes of work. More and more clients are 'working on it' and facing challenges along the way with internal barriers.

Join us for our next Pride Pledge community of practice meeting, We will hear from Pride Pledge clients sharing their progress to date, what's working and how data is being used well, plus what are the challenges, barriers and issues clients are facing and how are they overcoming them.

Come along willing to listen, share and learn in an open and casual online forum.

The meeting will be hosted by Martin King, Pride Pledge Director on ZOOM. You will be emailed a ZOOM link 24 hours prior to the event.
