Are you literally just living day to day in full survival mode, wondering who the f*ck you even are anymore?

Yeah. I see you. Because I was you. Postnatal depression. Identity loss. Feeling further from myself than I ever had before. Touched out, overwhelmed, frazzled, and pretending I was fine.

There's a word for what we go through. It's called matrescence. The rawest, most unspoken transformation of your life. And almost nobody talks about it. Not the beautiful side AND the survival side. The rage. The guilt. The overwhelm. The quiet grief of the woman you used to be.

That's what The Raw Mother Circle is for. Not the glossy wellness version of motherhood. The real f*cking version. Held with breathwork, yoga, ritual and raw honest conversation. The soft. The gritty. And everything in between.

We begin on Saturday the 13th June

1:00pm -2:15pm

This is a 6 week journey, running every Saturday at the same time, with our final session on July 18th 2026
