Sky Ball 2020 is rolling into your October long weekend!

Working within the NSW Government's current Public Health Order, we'll be offering up the awesome opportunity for you to get back to nature with a relaxing weekend and live music experience under the stars.

Sky Ball is a series of 5 concerts of 5 days, with each evening concert, featuring 4 hand picked acts kicking off at 6pm.

Here you can purchase the first 3 concerts. There is a seperate ticketing page for the additional two nights. (we apologise for this, it's a COVID thing...)

We look forward to opening the gates for one concert each night, featuring a wealth of local and regional musical acts.

PLEASE NOTE: this is an outdoor concert event. In the case of rain, because of our inability to bring in indoors due to COVID, we will advise whether a postponement or cancellation will occur before the Friday.

The option to camp onsite each night is included with your ticket.

Whilst you are welcome to BYO into the campground, the event arena is fully licensed, so no BYO is permitted. Children under the age of 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 25) at all times whilst at the event.

You are welcome to come and go from the property in between concerts. Take advantage of the beautiful hunter valley vineyards, go for a bush walk, join us at the swoop inn, or just chill in your campground in the beautiful bush surrounds of Dashville.

Please note that as part of the COVID-Safety plan for Sky Ball, the concert is a fully seated event, with special fenced off 'party pens' provided for groups to sit in. We will email you a form to complete to nominate your party pen crew for the concert. Please note: Staying seated in the party pens may prove a challenge for wiggly little people, just something to consider when planning your attendance with youngsters. Campground and check ins commence from 2pm Friday 2nd October.

Live Music runs 6pm until 11pm each night.

Bird Bath Bar Open from 3pm until 11.30pm each night

The Swoop Inn is open breakfast lunch and dinner providing a whole bunch of awesome food options.

Food and beverage items are not included in your ticket but you can order and pay on arrival.

All concerts performed will also be included in an online concert series known as Sky Ball TV.

PARTICULAR INFO..

CAMPING INCLUSIVE - All tickets include the option for camping. Due to the set-up of the event, there are no non-camping ticket options. It is your choice to camp or not.

TICKET OPTIONS - Please ensure you've read through the ticketing options available. Please also note, you can upgrade your ticket at any stage, but we are not able to reduce or refund your ticket purchase. You can opt to onsell your ticket if you cannot make it.

BYO STATUS - Please note you are welcome to bring food and drinks with you into the campground, but due to licensing and agreements with stall holders you are unable to bring it into the licensed arena.

LARGE CARAVANS (over 20ft) - due to the low capacity, there is no need to register your caravan for this event.

LICENSED EVENT - Sky Ball is a licensed all ages event. All persons under 18 must be accompanied by a legal/responsible guardian at all times when at the festival. No event entry will be permitted to unaccompanied minors at any time.

REFUND POLICY - Tickets are transferable from person to person, can be upgraded but cannot be reduced or refunded. If COVID-19 prevents the event from going ahead as planned then all ticket purchases will become future credit for any Dashville event.

FEE STRUCTURE - Humanitix. These guys provide both you, the customer, and us, the seller, with leading event ticketing technology which allows smooth operation of all sales. This means we don't have to have someone man the phone, update the spreadsheet and send receipts on a daily basis. You won't need to worry about losing your ticket or investment. Our online ticketing system does this for us, and therefore they charge a booking fee.

All tickets have the option of registered post or e-ticket. Fees apply depending on the option you go with.
