The Red Rose Women's Circle - Nov Session

The Red Rose Women’s Circle will have our next gathering on Saturday 28th November!

Each month we explore different spiritual themes and topics of focus and how they present in our lives.

This month's theme is "Tapping into our inner child... spark joy, inspire & create!"
Are you feeling the call to play and tap into your inner creative self? Adulting can be hard at times, so this month's circle invites you to reconnect with the whimsy and childlike wonder in your life.

Embodying this energy, our circle will help you feel into your heart desires and feel confident to create from this space in your everyday life.

The 2 hour session will include:

- Guided meditation and practices that help you explore the fun of your inner child,
- Time for some hands-on creating & exploration with play & crafts,
- Gathering in circle for sharing & listening to each other's wisdom, and
- Anchoring and grounding this energy to integrate back into ourselves.

Qi Crystals will provide you with a complimentary hot drink (e.g tea, coffee, chai or hot chocolate) throughout this session.

Please bring a water bottle, journal and a pen.

*Late comers - Please note that we will only admit people who arrive up to 10 minutes late into our session. After that, it is a closed door. The circle is a sacred space and out of respect to the other women and the space we are holding, we cannot allow people to enter after 10 mins from our start time.
