This public lecture is a free community event hosted by North East Catchment Management Authority (CMA), Arthur Rylah Institute, La Trobe University - Albury-Wodonga, and Wise Water Ways.

Our speaker, Jarod Lyon (pictured above) from Arthur Rylah Institute leads a team that examines various aspects of restoration ecology, ecological management plans and intervention-based research that helps inform management and policy decisions.

Jarod has many years’ experience as a freshwater fish scientist, including planning for, undertaking and monitoring the restoration of woody habitat into rivers and streams, understanding the impact of bushfires on aquatic systems, threatened species management and angler liaison.
