There comes a moment when your body quietly asks you to slow down. Not because you’ve failed to keep up, but because you’ve spent so long caring for everyone else that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be deeply nourished yourself.

Perhaps you’ve noticed you’re sleeping differently. Your energy isn’t what it once was. Your mind feels busy, your patience shorter, your body asking for something you can’t quite put into words.

The truth is, your body is asking for safety (ask me how I know!)

When we begin to understand the nervous system, everything changes. We stop fighting our bodies and begin listening to them. We discover that regulation isn’t simply about feeling calmer. It’s the foundation from which energy, hormones, digestion, sleep, resilience and emotional wellbeing can flourish. This was a trial and error season for me, and I now have a heart on fire and passion for helping women navigate it.

This day has been created as an invitation to pause, to be nourished, to be seen and to receive. To step away from the constant demands of life and immerse yourself in practices that gently guide your body back towards balance. Not through extremes and more information.

But through the timeless wisdom of nature, nourishment and meaningful connection.

Throughout our day together, you’ll experience the joy of being among women, practical rituals and restorative experiences that awaken your senses and remind your body what it feels like to soften. You will delight in subtle practices with plant allies such as essential oils, botanicals and cacao.

You’ll enjoy nourishing seasonal food prepared with love, deepen your understanding of the nervous system and some of the hormones impacting you, discover simple Ayurvedic and water practices, create your own Botanical Regulation Mist, receive an AromaTouch hand ritual, settle into a deeply restorative sound journey and guided meditation, and leave with practical tools that can become part of your everyday life.

Our hope is that you don’t simply enjoy a beautiful day. Our vision is that you leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself. We hope that you will feel inspired to create a life that supports your wellbeing long after you leave. It is about simplicity, because goodness knows we do not need more chaos, complexity or ‘more stuff to do’. This will be an immersive experience in returning to your natural state and being able to maintain it at home.

Meet Your Facilitators

Vanessa Jean

For more than thirty years I have been helping women reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of nature. As a Clinical Aromatherapist, author, international educator, business mentor and retreat facilitator, I’ve had the privilege of teaching around the world, but some of my greatest lessons came not from standing on a stage, but from listening to my own body.

Like many women, I experienced the profound changes that can accompany midlife. It became a season that invited me to rethink everything I believed about health. Rather than searching for another quick fix, I found myself returning to the foundations that have always guided my work: real food, nature, essential oils, breath, sunlight, movement, sound, water, rest and the remarkable intelligence of the human body.

That journey deepened not only my understanding of wellness, but my conviction that our bodies are always moving towards healing when we create the right environment. It is this philosophy that shapes every retreat, every class and every experience I create and underlies my foundational premise of guiding women home to love and to their natural state.

Guest Speaker: Lisa Clegg

Joining me is the beautiful Lisa Clegg, whose gentle presence and wealth of knowledge bring another layer of nourishment to our day together. As a Wellness Mentor, Water Specialist and Ayurvedic Practitioner, Lisa has a unique ability to help women reconnect with the simple rhythms that sustain vibrant health.

Her approach reminds us that wellness doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes the greatest transformations begin with slowing down, drinking deeply, honouring our natural rhythms and returning to the practices that have supported humanity for centuries.

During your immersion you’ll experience:

Simple, practical ways to work with the body’s natural rhythms using nature’s most powerful medicines: pure water, botanicals + pure essential oils, nourishing food, breath, movement, sound and rest.

Throughout the day you’ll be guided through:

• Understanding how to regulate your nervous system with simple daily rituals

• Discovering the powerful role hormones play in energy, sleep, mood and emotional wellbeing

• Water wisdom and Ayurvedic practices to support vitality and balance

• The art and science of pure essential oils, and how to use them as gentle allies for calming the mind, supporting emotions and creating moments of regulation throughout your day

• Create your own personalised Botanical Regulation Mist to take home

• Guided breathwork and gentle movement to settle the body

• A deeply restorative sacred sound journey and meditation

• A seasonal wholefood lunch, lovingly prepared using fresh, local ingredients

• Meaningful conversation and connection

• Spacious moments to pause, reflect and simply be

You will leave with:

A deeper understanding of your nervous system.

Simple daily rituals to support your wellbeing.

A personalised Botanical Regulation Mist.

New friendships.

A nourished body.

A peaceful mind.

And perhaps the greatest gift of all…

The quiet remembrance that everything you’ve been searching for begins within.

When a woman feels safe within her own body, she doesn’t just feel calmer.

She becomes more present. More joyful. More resilient. More herself.

The regulated woman isn’t the woman who has the perfect life. She’s the woman whose body has remembered how to feel safe, nourished and deeply connected to itself.

With love,

Vanessa Jean and Lisa xx
