There comes a point where you realise that no amount of keeping busy, looking after everyone else, pushing through or pretending you're fine can give you what you're actually longing for.

You might not even know what's wrong.

Life is functioning. You're functioning. But somewhere along the way, you've lost touch with yourself.

The Reimagined Woman is an intimate six-week women's circle for women who are ready to stop going through the motions and turn their attention inward.

Not to fix yourself. Not to become a better version of yourself. But to rebuild the relationship you have with yourself.

From the outside, you look like you're holding it together, but privately you feel off, flat or not quite like yourself anymore
You're showing up and getting through your days, but there's a disconnection from your own life
Something in you knows this isn't how you want to keep living, even if you can't quite put your finger on what's wrong
You're tired of pretending you're fine when you know there's more going on underneath
You're ready to stop looking outside yourself for the answer and begin listening to what's actually going on within you

This isn't about motivation, mindset hacks or another quick fix.

It's about getting honest. Slowing down enough to hear yourself again. Looking at the patterns, beliefs and ways of being that may have quietly pulled you away from yourself.

And beginning to change them.

What to expect

Across our six weeks together, there'll be conversation, reflection, practical tools, guided practices and real connection.

We'll explore what's beneath that feeling of being "off."

You'll have space to notice the patterns you may have been repeating without even realising it. To question some of the stories you've been carrying. To become more aware of where you abandon yourself, override yourself or simply stop listening to yourself.

And from there, we begin rebuilding.

More honesty. More self-respect. More trust in yourself. More of you back in your own life.

There'll be structure to our time together, but there'll also be room for what naturally arises within the group. Sometimes the conversation we didn't plan to have is exactly the one we needed.

No pretending. No pressure to have it all together.

Just six weeks, and the opportunity to turn your attention back towards yourself.

Because the relationship you have with yourself touches every other part of your life.

Begins: Wednesday 7th October 2026 10:30am to 12:30pm

Duration: 6 weeks, meeting every Wednesday

Sessions: 2 hours Investment:$480 ($80 per week)

I believe the relationship you have with yourself is the foundation from which everything else grows.

My work isn't about telling women who they should become. It's about creating the space for them to get honest about where they are, recognise what's no longer serving them, and begin trusting themselves enough to make different choices.

I bring together coaching, self-enquiry, mindfulness, embodiment and honest conversation but I'm not interested in ticking boxes or forcing a process.

I'm interested in what's real.

In creating a space where women can put down the performance, be witnessed without judgement, laugh, cry, and some loving self enquiry, challenge old patterns and hear their own voice a little more clearly.

You are the author of your story. You hold the pen.
