This is a small, welcoming space to pause —
to let go of the day,
to soften your body, quiet your mind, and deeply relax.

The Relaxation Hour is a guided nervous system unwind — designed to help you feel calm, settled, and supported, without needing to do anything at all.

There is nothing to achieve here. No expectations. Just space to lie back, be guided, and allow your system to rest.

Each session is intentionally simple and cosy — a BYOC (Bring Your Own Comfiness) experience, with blankets, layers, and whatever helps you feel at ease.
