The Relaxation Reset is a 90-minute guided in-person experience designed to help women step out of overwhelm and into steadiness.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, reactive, exhausted or simply “not quite yourself”, this session is your invitation to pause.

During this intimate gathering, Jen will guide you through:

• Gentle grounding practices
• Nervous system regulation techniques
• Guided meditation
• A calming, restorative reset for mind and body

This is not about fixing you. It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to soften.

When your nervous system regulates, clarity returns. Confidence strengthens. You begin responding to life instead of reacting to it.

This is a small, carefully held space with limited numbers to ensure every woman feels supported.

🌿 About Your Facilitator: Jennifer Thulborn at Break Free Coaching

Jen at Break Free Coaching brings 60 years of wisdom. Is a mum of 4. A certified trauma informed meditation facilitator, hypnotherapist & NLP practitioner. A women’s emotional wellbeing coach based in the Geelong and Bellarine region.

She specialises in supporting women through anxiety, overwhelm, self doubt, life transitions and health journeys. As a stage four melanoma survivor, Jen at Break Free Coaching brings a rare level of compassion, lived wisdom and depth to her work.

Her approach is grounded, gentle and heart led. She creates spaces where women feel safe, supported and able to reconnect with themselves on a deeply meaningful level.
