The Release - Rebounding
Sometimes you don’t need a break. You need a proper release.
Because feeling flat isn’t always about being tired.
It can come from constantly being needed, holding everything together and being switched on all the time.
You want to feel lighter, like you’ve actually let some of it go and there’s a bit more of you back again.
That’s what The Release is for.
A 90 minute women’s event for letting some shit go, feeling more like yourself and having some actual fun ❤️🔥
You'll have time to arrive, settle in and get a feel for the room before we start to lift the energy.
This time, the release comes through a 30 minute Boogie Bounce experience.
And if your first thought is am I going to wee myself? Same.
Boogie Bounce is different from jumping on a trampoline. The bounce is smaller, more controlled and you can take it at your own pace.
Lucy from Boogie Bounce WA will lead us through simple movements and good music on your own mini rebounder.
It’s not about getting the moves right. It's about getting out of your head, moving some energy and having a bloody good time.
Afterwards, the energy shifts into easy, real conversation with the women around you.
Simple prompts, oh my god, YES me too moments and only sharing what you want to.
The whole night is built around movement, laughter, release and real connection.

Questions You May Have
- How much of the night is Boogie Bounce?
30 minutes. It’s the feature experience for this month's Release, but it’s only one part of the night.
- What if I don’t know what I need to “release”?
You don’t need to know. You might have something to let out, you might feel a bit flat or life might just be freaking hectic. There’s no right reason to be there.
- Can I come alone?
Yes. You absolutely can. Coming on your own is completely normal at ALIGHT.
- What about my pelvic floor?
You’re definitely not the only one thinking about it! Wear black if that helps you feel more comfortable, bring whatever you normally use for leaks and there’ll be extra liners in the bathroom. You can keep the bounce smaller if that feels better too.
