The Remembering is an immersive day retreat, co-created by 4 soul sisters, for women entering their wise woman years.

At this time of life, it’s no longer about becoming more…doing more…maybe it never was!?

It's about simplifying, unbinding and peeling back the layers that we have often accumulated through life, to reconnect with our forgotten self, our true desires, our intuition, our true power.

Are YOU feeling that call?

IMAGINE a nature sanctuary nestled in the heart of the Glasshouse mountains, held in the embrace of the sacred land and stones.

EMMA CREED sets the tone of the day: BE SEEN, BE HEARD, BE FULLY EXPRESSED

And yet so many women share with us that they feel invisible, misunderstood and not heard; stifling their voice in frustration, compromising their unique expression in the world, leading to disillusionment, disempowerment and lack lustre living.

Emma will literally be setting the ‘tone’ of the day, leading you on a journey of sound, helping you to unlock the power of your voice and reclaim your full expression.

Starting with sounds that soothe, stilling the mind, slowing us down, gently opening into the full knowing that we are safe.

Then playfully exploring the healing potential and range of our own vocal expression.

Fully liberating the voice of your soul, so that you can speak your truth with heart, passion and powerful intent.

REBECCA THOMPSON leads the 2nd session: WHO AM I? RECLAIMING YOU AND YOUR PEACE AMIDST STORMS OF LIFE

This is one of the biggest questions women face at this time of life, when family, work, relationships and hormones can all be in a state of flux at the same time.

This can lead to a loss of energy, lack of fulfilment, sense of disconnect, anxiety and no zest for life.

Who am I without my roles, rules, social norms and acquired beliefs?

Rebecca will guide you through profound embodiment practices and processes that connect you to you, to the earth and to each other, discovering the power of your womb beyond procreation (even if you no longer have a physical womb).

This deep presence and listening returns you to the truth of who you are and your reason to be.

These essential daily living practices are vital tools to keep you anchored to your centre, your unwavering peace, vitality and joy, helping you build resilience in a turbulent world full of constant change.

You will discover how to move through the world differently…. good different!

DANIELLE GONSAL leads the 3rd session after lunch: YOU ARE YOUR OWN MEDICINE: AYURVEDA AND YOU

Danielle will be sharing ancient Ayurvedic wisdom (sister science of yoga), helping you to navigate perimenopause and beyond.

You will explore the relationship with your womanhood and womb PLUS discover how to :

Reduce symptoms such as headaches, bloating, weight gain, insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, etc, during this change of life
Return the energy back to yourself through simple daily self-care rituals and practices
Make adjustments to your diet to foster vitality, balance and ease during this natural transition.
Feel empowered on your own unique journey with menopause.

MEL WATT leads the 4th session: CONFIDENCE IN YOUR BEAUTY AND WORTH

You are by nature photogenic (Light emitting) and yet many women if asked will question that and deny their beauty, deny their worth.

In this session Mel will guide you to discover and feel the beauty within, tapping into the parts of you that light you up, giving you the courage and confidence to really be seen.

When we connect with and embody the true essence of who we are, our unique beauty radiates from us. When we come together in this way, we feel the depth of our belonging, the power of our collective light.

Mel is an absolute master at capturing that connection, beauty and light on camera.
This session involves a playful guided Group Photo shoot and you will be gifted a digital photograph, so that you will always remember.

Followed by supper around the fire, circle and ceremony.

This is Mel’s magic. She captures their radiant energy that shines from within. This is ultimately what beauty is.

Mel has been on her own journey of personal growth from struggling self-worth related to peri menopause. Undertaking several Embodiment Workshops with Rebecca Thompson’s Mastery program, has now found the truth of who she is... ‘Discoverer of Beauty within for myself and others’
