🌿 The Reset Flow – Sunday Evenings at Vrtus, Bondi

End your week with intention and begin the next feeling grounded, strong, and renewed.
Join us every Sunday at 6:00 PM for The Reset Flow — a one-hour Vinyasa-style yoga class designed to build mobility, strength, and deep, restorative flexibility.

Accessible to all levels, this class combines mindful movement with breath-led flow to help you reconnect with your body and release the tension of the week. Expect to move, stretch, and restore, leaving you feeling grounded and calm.

✨ On the last Sunday of every month, we invite you to a special Complete Reset session — 50 minutes of grounding yoga, followed by 10 minutes of guided meditation and 10 minutes of journaling. A space to reflect, release, and set clear intentions for the month ahead.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and find your rhythm again.
