The Reset - Mini Retreat
Description
The Reset 🤍
A Breath & Yin Mini Retreat
Feel like you need a break from the noise, the to-do list and being needed by everyone?
Come and take a few hours for you.
The Reset is an intimate, three-hour mini retreat with space to slow down, unwind and let yourself be taken care of. Everything is guided, so you can get comfortable and settle into the experience.
What to expect
You’ll be welcomed with herbal tea and time to settle into the space.
We’ll ease into gentle yin yoga, with slow, supported shapes to soften tension, before moving into a guided breathwork journey.
From there, you’ll settle into a soothing sound bath and deep rest, with an optional essential oil head massage.
Throughout our time together, I’ll weave in simple insights about stress, your nervous system and ways to support yourself when switching off feels difficult.
What you’ll take away
Space to feel more rested, clearer in your mind and more connected to yourself. Perhaps a fresh perspective, a realisation or a sense of letting go.
You’ll also leave with simple, practical tools to use at home, plus a week’s free access to My Reset Hub, with guided breathwork, yin and more to help you keep making time for yourself.
Who’s taking care of you?
I’m Sharleen, a mind-body coach, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, yin yoga teacher and sound facilitator.
With over 750 hours of facilitation, my experience includes guiding sessions in Australia, holding retreats and supporting people through one-to-one coaching.
I’ll guide you through each practice, offer options and encourage you to move at your own pace. No experience with yoga or breathwork is needed.
