The Reset Retreat is two nights in Kenthurst. Two days to stop, breathe and actually feel again. You will leave thinking clearer, feeling more, and reconnected to a version of yourself that feels like an upgrade.

This is not a detox and it is not a performance. Just good work, good food, good sleep, and enough space to hear yourself think.

What we do

Breathwork. Sessions that shift your state on purpose, from deep down-regulation to energising work, with the science explained so you can use it again on your own.
Hypnotherapy. Guided sessions to work with the patterns underneath the behaviour, not just the surface.
Yoga. Time to move, ground and reconnect with your body.
Hot and cold immersion therapy (optional). For the people who want it. Never forced.
Dr Evan from Selph sharing NET kinesiology and the option to have a session with him.
Workshops. Built to get you thinking, feeling and reconnecting to yourself.

About your facilitator

Lauren Wainer is a clinical hypnotherapist and breathwork facilitator, and the founder of And Breathe. She holds a BSc in Psychological Science from UNSW and works with athletes, corporate teams and individuals across Sydney. Her approach is science first: performance-credible tools for regulating your nervous system, without the wellness cliches.

Good to know (FAQ)

Do I need experience with breathwork?
No. Everything is guided and scaled to you. Complete beginners and regular practitioners both get what they need. Read the below contraindications.

Is any of it compulsory?
No. Every session is an invitation, and the hot and cold immersion is completely optional. You choose your level the whole way through.

Can I come on my own?
Most people do. You are in a safe, welcoming space and will likely leave with a bunch of lovely new friends.

What if I have an injury or health condition?
Get in touch before you book at andbreathe.au@gmail.com and we will talk it through. Some breathwork and immersion is contraindicated for certain conditions, so it is worth a quick conversation.

What are the dietary options?
All meals are vegetarian. Please let us know your requirements at booking and we will cater for you.

A quick but important note before you book.

Breathwork is powerful. It stirs up energy, emotion, and real physical change, and that's exactly why it isn't for everyone.

If you're pregnant, live with a mental health condition, have a serious health issue (asthma, heart or respiratory conditions, epilepsy, heart disease), carry deep trauma, or take medication that affects your nervous system, you won't be able to take part in the breakthrough breathwork sessions at this retreat. The deep, controlled breathing rhythms simply aren't safe with these conditions, and your wellbeing comes first every time.

This also covers things like past surgeries or any condition you're currently managing. Some situations can work with the right care, others can't, so please don't guess.

Before you book, reach out to Lauren. She'll walk you through it and help you work out whether this one's the right fit for you. And if you've already booked and realise it's not for you, just email the crew: we'll refund you or point you toward another offering down the track.
