Welcome to The Reset Ritual: a four-part series created as a sanctuary for your nervous system and soul.
Each month, we gather online to pause the noise, restore coherence to the body, and remember the stillness that has always lived within you.

These sessions are more than workshops, they are ceremonies designed to meet you where you are and guide you back into harmony.

Every ritual draws on a unique mix of modalities, from breathwork, somatic practices and meditation, to hypnotherapy and energy healing, intuitively woven together in response to the group and the season we’re in.

Think of it as your online retreat, delivered in four monthly doses of deep nervous system reset and soul-level renewal.

No two gatherings are the same. Each one honours a different phase of renewal (from release to restoration, realignment, and rise).
Together, they form a cyclical journey of transformation over four months.

This is your invitation to return home to your body, your breath, and your being.

This final chapter is about stepping fully into your boldest future. It’s about grounding intention into action, courage into commitment, and desire into decisive movement.

You’ll claim the part of you that moves even when it’s uncomfortable, speaks even when it’s vulnerable, and chooses alignment over safety.

The spark becomes a flame you tend through choice, responsibility, and follow-through.

This is the moment you stop holding the vision…
and start becoming the one who lives it.

The fire horse is calling.

What do I need to do

This session will be held over zoom so please login and be ready to begin on time.
Please set yourself up in a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the workshop. Ideally please have earphones.
Have a blanket, water and tissues handy and wear comfortable loose clothing.
Take a moment to reflect on your intention for the day.
