About the Session

This 90-minute experience combines guided breathwork and Reiki to support your nervous system, calm the mind, and restore balance within.

Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll be guided to gently release built-up stress and emotional tension stored in the body. Reiki energy healing will then support deep rest, energetic clearing, and integration — helping you reconnect with your natural state of ease, safety, and flow.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more present in yourself.

What to Expect

No previous experience is required. You’ll be supported every step of the way in a safe, nurturing environment.

Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided - however, if you prefer your own, please bring them along.

Off-street parking is available in the area.
Tickets are limited due to the venue size.
