✨ THE RESET TABLE ✨
~ Regulated & Well Fed ~

An evening of Spinal Energetics, immersive Sound Healing & nourishing soul food inside the magic of the Soma Temple Dome 🤍🌿🎶

The Reset Table is a deeply immersive experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection back to self.

Through the powerful combination of Spinal Energetics and Sound Healing, the body is invited to soften, unwind, and reset. Spinal Energetics works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to help release stored stress, tension, emotional holding patterns, and survival responses, creating greater flow, safety, and regulation within the body ✨

Combined with immersive sound frequencies moving through the body like medicine, this experience becomes a full-body journey into deep rest, grounding, clarity, and inner connection 🎶🌀

Held inside the beautiful Soma Temple Dome, the unique acoustics amplify the healing frequencies, creating a deeply immersive and supportive environment where the body can fully let go, soften, and receive 🤍

Together, this experience supports:

🌿 Nervous system regulation
🌿 Emotional release & energetic clearing
🌿 Deep relaxation & stress reduction
🌿 Reconnection to the body & self
🌿 Greater grounding, clarity & inner balance
🌿 Release of stored tension within the spine & body
🌿 Rest, restoration & energetic renewal

And then… we gather at the table 🍲✨

To be nourished with beautifully prepared soul food because healing is not only found in energy work, but also in nourishment, connection, community, and being deeply cared for.
