The Reset Walk 🌿☕

Stroll, Connect & Give Back

Take a breath, lace up your sneakers, and join us for a morning reset dedicated to movement, connection, and women’s wellbeing.

We’re heading to Western Springs Park for a relaxed, pram-friendly lake loop, followed by hot chai, coffee, and relaxed chats. Best of all, we’re coming together to support Her Mind Trust—a local charity committed to women’s mental health.

When: Sunday, 18th October at 9:30 AM

Where: Western Springs Lakeside Park, Auckland

Tickets: $5 (includes your chai/coffee, with proceeds going directly to Her Mind)

The Pace: Gentle, completely buggy- and carrier-friendly, and zero pressure.

Come solo or bring your little ones along. Let’s enjoy the fresh air, sip something warm, and support an essential cause together. ✨

🎟️ Spaces are limited to keep it cosy!

Come as you are—activewear encouraged, messy buns celebrated.
