Chris Barton is a father, businessman, investor, and extreme event lover who has made a personal commitment to help both individuals and groups build resilience, create connections, enhance mental health, and make their world a better place.

After many years of studying and researching what the world's most successful teams and individuals do to achieve success, he thought he understood the process well. Still, it wasn't until he started to push beyond his self-imposed limits and put the "theories" into practice that he could develop authentically and now deliver real-world strategies, learned from some successes and many failures ( learning experiences).
