This workshop, delivered by Nancy Mannix of Palix Foundation / Alberta Family Wellness Initiative, introduces the Brain Story and Resilience Scale Framework and how these tools can be employed to build resilience and improve outcomes for children and families, individuals, and communities.

With a focus on implementation and systems-level application, this session:

Explores the utility of the Resilience Scale as a tool to help individuals identify their needs and the types of services they require to strengthen their resilience.
Introduces the Frontiers of Innovation and Resilience Scale as a template for organisations to code programs and interventions, improve referral pathways, and facilitate organisational change management.
Explores the Resilience Scale as a tool for building systems-level resilience using data from the Brain Story Certification Course.

This half-day workshop is offered simultaneously online and in-person at UQ Brisbane City, where participants can connect with Nancy and each other over light refreshments for morning tea.
