Event description

The Resilient Brain

Beat burnout with brain-based strategies to create calm, build productivity and find balance.

Life seems to be getting increasingly difficult. Managing our own lives, families and careers is challenging enough, without the additional demands of COVID, natural disasters and world events that seem to blast from our screens each day.

Many of us are living on the verge of burnout.

However, there is a way to maintain productivity and stay in a state of balance and calm even when things get tough… and it all begins in your brain.

The Resilient Brain workshop will show you how to:

  • Recognise risks and symptoms of burnout
  • Make better choices by understanding how your brain works
  • Adopt daily habits that keep your brain healthy and resilient
  • Create a personalised resilience plan and put it into practice straight away
