This workshop is led by Amira Shahin, Head of Strategy and Operations at Still Aware. Amira is also a qualified mental health professional, educator, and leader with experience working across culture, grief, and resilience.

This program will offer a safe and inclusive space to explore the impact of grief and loss, particularly in culturally diverse communities where these conversations are often avoided.

Participants will learn how to navigate personal and collective grief, support others with empathy, and lead with clarity and strength.

You will receive:

A workbook packed with tools, prompts & culturally inclusive resources
Guidance from a mental health educator
A Certificate of Completion for your resume or leadership portfolio
Access to an ongoing peer mentor network

Open to all young women aged 16–25.
