Welcome to The Rest Nest a deeply relaxing somatic type of class using breathwork, mindfulness, and body awareness.

In Celebration of the seasons we create a space that is cozy and welcoming.

This is a calming space to reduce mental noise, and physical exhaustion., a space to unwind the mind, body and soul from the pressures of daily life.

Your energetic being will be aligned to more of a coherent state by turning inward for healing and reflection.

This practice is designed to meet you where you right now in terms of stress levels, anxiety, sleep, and for those who don’t relax enough!

Each session is different according to the month, the moon, the season.

Feel free to bring any special items that are meaningful for you at this time.

Each session you will be guided on a wee journey using the tools I have studied and developed over 2 decades.

Breathwork expands the lungs, bringing more life and energy to your cells, your brain and soothing the nervous system.

Yoga Nidra is a soothing calming practice that takes you to the most exquisite state of bring between rest and sleep.

We use soothing teas and tonics to fully embody the experience.
