Our monthly sessions help you to unwind the mind, body and soul from the pressures of daily life.

Your energetic being will be aligned to more of a coherent state by turning inward for healing and reflection.

This practice is designed to meet you where you right now in terms of stress levels, anxiety, sleep, and for those who don’t relax enough!

Each session is different according to the month, the moon, the season.

Feel free to bring any special items with you that are meaningful for you at this time.

Each session you will be guided on a wee journey using the tools I have studied and developed over 2 decades.

Yoga Nidra takes you to the most exquisite state between rest and sleep.

We enjoy herbal teas from the land and tonics to fully embody the experience.
