Step into a space where your inner wisdom is amplified and rest is your power. Reconnect with your center, trust your intuition, and grant yourself the permission to truly replenish.

Co-led by ICF Coach, Jenay, and group facilitator + yoga teacher, Yasmeen, this nurturing one-day workshop includes:

  • Journaling

  • Movement

  • Group processes

  • Sharing

  • Organic lunch

This day will be held on Bundjalung Country, in a relaxed retreat setting at the Earth House located within the Byron Hinterland.
