The Restorative Ritual

An evening to slow down, soften and come back to yourself.

Join us for a nourishing evening of restorative Hatha, cacao, sacred sound and Yoga Nidra, an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply receive.

Together, we’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, share cacao and settle into the quieter spaces within.

No striving.

No performing.

Nothing to achieve.

Just an intimate evening of connection, grounding, nourishment and deep rest.

Come as you are.

Leave feeling a little more rooted, a little more spacious, and deeply restored.

Restorative Hatha · Cacao · Sacred Sound · Yoga Nidra

What to Wear

Shoes will be left at the entrance. 

Please wear comfortable clothing. BYO extra cushion/blanket for comfort.

About your facilitator

Dani is a local yoga teacher passionate about creating spaces that feel nourishing, grounded and welcoming. Her offerings are on opportunity step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect.

Alongside her yoga teaching, Dani guides Sacred Sound through harmonium, mantra and other instruments, bringing a love of sound, stillness and traditional practice into her offerings.

The Restorative Ritual brings these elements together in an evening of gentle movement, cacao, sacred sound and Yoga Nidra. The restorative Ritual is an invitation to slow down and recieve. 

Policies

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations can be made through Humanitix up to 7 days before the event, allowing us to honour the time and preparation of our facilitators.

Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you’re very welcome to gift your spot to a friend who might enjoy the experience. 🌿
