The Return - A Source Breathwork & Connection Journey

An invitation to pause, to breathe, and to return to our natural state of being

An evening for you

We drop into the space with a grounding meditation.

Through deep connection practices we bypass the conscious mind so we can speak from the heart and create a safe container where we can drop the day-to-day masks we all wear. Through honest presence with ourself and others, we begin to open.

This sets up our guided 60 minute guided breathwork journey.

Where we have the chance to move out of the thinking mind, feel any energy or emotions the body is holding and even tap into altered states of consciousness. A space where the identity starts to loosen, and something deeper can emerge.

It is here, where the layers start to fall away.

Patterns, roles, stories, and tension held in the body have a chance to surface, be felt, and where ready, released.

As this happen, we can experience a sense of:

Emotional release
Clarity around what's been stuck or looping
Deeper sense of connection
Space where there was previously tension or noise
A quiet sense of "this is the real me underneath it all"

Finally, we close with an integration circle, a space to be witnessed and to witness others. This is where the experience begins to land, integrating your inner journey into something real and human.

Space for what’s true: breath, silence, and the parts of ourselves we often avoid

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and supported.

Yoga mat, blanket and water provided. You may like to bring an eye mask and a journal for reflections.

have significant cardiovascular issues (e.g., uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart surgery, heart disease)
have glaucoma or retinal detachment
Epilepsy or seizures
have a recent surgery or traumatic brain injury/concussion
have uncontrolled asthma
