A breath reset through the lens of Kundalini yoga.

Sunday November 15th 3pm

An immersion into conscious breathing, nervous system regulation and the art of shifting your state.

Our breath happens automatically, and our breathing patterns can become unconscious habits. But when we pay attention, we can learn to use our breath to impact the central nervous system: exploring ways to feel more awake and energised, or to slow down and settle.

Join us to explore pranayama, the yogic practice of working with the breath through the below journey:

01 / NOTICE Explore your natural breathing patterns and how they sometimes work against you.	04 / RESOURCE Explore calming breath practices you can return to for support in everyday life.
02 / ENERGISE Explore breath as a way to feel more energised and alert.. an alternative to reaching for another coffee.	05 / REST Settle into deep relaxation with a sound bath, with space to soften and simply be.
03 / MOVE Experience how movement supports the breath through a Kundalini yoga kriya.	06 / RESONATE Discover how repetitive sound and mantra can give your breath a natural, effortless rhythm.

After the practice, you’re invited to stay for light refreshments and community connection... a little time to reflect, share and ease into the rest of your day.

If you joined us for Breath Alchemy, this workshop offers a fresh focus on how breathing shapes the way we feel. Newcomers are equally welcome: no previous Kundalini yoga or breath practice is needed.

Come as you are, and leave with a deeper understanding of your breath and practical tools to explore beyond the workshop.
