Above all else, our vision at The Ripple Effect is to create a community all supporting one another consciously in their individual journeys. To feel like we all have a home & a family to be with, no matter how different we are, how challenging the time or how alone we've felt in the past. 

Trav, Ripp & Todd began this journey for people to know that there is not one way to be or do things - that we are all different & that's perfect. Now, we have over 15 leaders joining hand in hand with The Ripple Effect community to serve, share & grow as we begin a global mission.
