The Rising Consciousness: Freedom Dance, Breathwork & Meditation

This is a sacred space and sacred community to expand what it means to express yourself, release what holds you back and show up to the world as your most authentic self. 

What to expect:

Savour the clean, crisp audio as Subwolfer DJ takes us on a dynamic, culturally-diverse sound journey. Deepen your practice by allowing our experienced movement facilitator to guide you outside of your usual comfort zone, habits & patterns and surrender to the unknown. Be prepared to experience new sensations in your body, a new level of authenticity in your self-expression and amplify your creative capacity.

In this journey of free dance/movement, you will connect with your primal being and awaken your inner warrior. You will discover your power and be at cause. Then, we will really let loose in surrender, trust and being beautifully wild.

• Move your body in ways you never have before
• Journey within and make this about more than just dance
• Raise consciousness and vibration together in community
• Connect with others on a different level
• Have LOADS of fun and freedom!

The Ecstatic Dance will be followed by a guided integration breathwork and meditation to close. 

How the evening will look:

6:45 PM: Please arrive 15 minutes early for smudging and to settle in

7 PM: Ecstatic Dance with Subwolfer DJ; move however your heart desires and allow our experienced movement facilitator to guide your journey

8:15 PM: Breathwork practice with transition into meditation/exploring your inner world

9:15: Approximate end time

There are several rules for the evening to best support your experience:

• No judgement 
• No holding back
• No speaking 
• No drugs or alcohol
• No mobile phones
• No shoes

Things we suggest bringing:

• Yoga mat
  
• Sweat towel
  
• Water bottle
  
• Extra shirt
  
• Dress to express!

Other things to note:

We donate 10% of profits to children's charities. The funds at this time are going toward an orphanage in Uganda to purchase food, clothes, medicine and other basic needs.

The venue has abundant parking facilities. We encourage carpooling to reduce environmental impact.
