The Freedom Dance is our adaptation of ‘Ecstatic Dance.’ We value the power of freedom highly, so we have created an event where YOU have the freedom to explore yourself in a way that is truly liberating. This is not only a dance, but a JOURNEY. A journey to self-exploration & expression of the HIGHEST SELF. This is a sacred & intentional space for you to feel completely safe & welcome to let yourself GO! Beyond the limitations of the mind & the day to day duties/responsibilities of life.

Meet The Team:

Mez/Subwolfer DJ – Mez is an experienced practitioner & teacher of meditation/breathwork. He has been on a personal journey of self development & exploration for over 14 years and is dedicated to sharing his medicine, support & wisdom with as many people as possible. His mission is to help others transform their world from the Inside – Out instead of the Outside – In, believing that this is how we create the new world, by transforming the world within.

He’s also your DJ, with a deep love & passion for music since birth. His parents being the hardest ‘ravers’ he knows, always first and last off the dancefloor! He loves to explore a wide range of sounds, genres, beats & melodies. His mission is to take you on an opening, heartfelt, yet powerfully energetic journey with his selection of sounds. Ranging from Prayer/Healing/Tribal/Deep House/Exotic/Techno/Afrobeats/Indie & more. Be prepared for a night you don’t want to miss!

Leah Wells– Leah is an experienced dance facilitator & co-ordinator with a deep passion for expression through body & movement. She is someone who thrives off being of service and bringing like minded people together. Her mission is to create sacred community, embodying the belief that we are all one, helping us return to our primal roots and tribal nature and find safety to do the REVEALING that is the HEALING. She has a unique intuitive ability to guide and assist you through your journey to reach a new level of self expression, ensuring that you are feeling supported and safe throughout. The presence & energy she shows up with in life AND on the dance floor is incredible to be around!

6:45 PM: Welcome smudging and entering the space (Please arrive just before/on time)

7 PM: Introduction + Group connection exercise

7:15 PM Freedom/Ecstatic Dance! Led by Subwolfer DJ & dance facilitator Leah

8:30 PM: Breathwork Journey into Guided Inner Exploration & deep stillness

9:15: Closing Ceremony

9:30: Approximate end time
