In this immersive & interactive experience you will be led through a range of practises designed to help you gain mental clarity, connection, a deeper sense of Self & a new energetic signature created by you for You.

You will drop into your energetics, with guided meditations, movement & breathwork to help you tap into your potential. You will journal & build a personal plan throughout whilst developing a new energetic signature that is charged with positive feelings & mental clarity.

Once we have completed the mindset transformation part of the journey, we will turn the place into a lit up dancefloor! Where we will celebrate ourselves, one another & life!

Be prepared for some state-shifting anthems, rhythms, melodies & sounds that have been chosen to ignite the inner movement & dance maestro within.

Journal: Please bring a journal & pen, preferabally new if you choose to start fresh!
Dress Codes: Whether you dress to impress or express, you're welcome. Comfort is advised!
Stay Hydrated: Don't forget your water bottle to stay refreshed throughout.
Stay Comfortable: Bring a yoga mat, pillow, something to keep you comfortable whilst sitting.
