This experience begins with a nourishing cacao ritual, inviting you to slow down, soften and rest. From here, we gently move into restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation, creating space to release the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

As the experience unfolds, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra before surrendering into the healing vibrations of sound.
