Lungs of the River in Motion: Performance by Charlie Poustie and Mandeep Singh

Join us for a live performance by Charlie Poustie & Mandeep Singh, responding to and activating Lungs of the River, a collaborative installation. Moving through and alongside the installation, the performance extends the work's exploration of breath, rhythm, and the living systems of the Birrarung river. Featuring a soundscape by Aine Keogh, Charlie Poustie, Raphael Wall, Mandeep Singh. There will be an invitiation for group participation.

Trocadero Projects is wheelchair accessible.

Tram — Alight at the 82 tram stop on Footscray Market/Leeds St; 2-minute walk away.

Train — Footscray Station is about a 10-minute walk. From the station, head south along Leeds Street towards the centre of Footscray.

Bus — Several routes service central Footscray. The 472 stop nearby on Hopkins Street and Leeds Street.

Car — Parking is available throughout central Footscray, including at the Little Saigon Plaza Car Park.

This performance takes place on the traditional lands of the Boon Wurrung and Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We offer our respects to Elders past and present, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.
