The River Sounds Festival 2025

A not-for-profit music festival about mental health, finding hope and choosing life. 

The Festival features an amazing line up of NZ musicians, interspersed by talks from those affected by mental illness. The first line up release will be announced very soon. 

Complimenting the main stage is an array of activities designed to promote hauora - well being, such as yoga, meditation, and interactive talks with local mental health experts. 

All proceeds from the event will be donated to support mental health initiatives in NZ. 

The Everyone Hurts Foundation is a registered NZ charity and since its inception we have raised over $70,000 through various events.
