Looking for a unique and hands-on experience that celebrates Sydney’s rich Aboriginal heritage? Discover the traditional art of weaving, a skill that was integral to the daily lives of local mobs around Warrane (Sydney Harbour).
Learn this traditional craft, led by the incredible women of Ngumpie Weaving who offer a blend of practical skills and cultural insights.
You'll have the chance to hone your weaving skills starting from the basics, and then exploring more complex designs, creating your own stunning woven pieces to take home.
