Org design has landed on the Chief People Officer scorecard. The question most C-suites haven't settled is what "owning" it actually looks like - a tidier structure, or workforce transformation that sticks.

ORG DESIGN AUSTRALIA is bringing a small group of Chief People Officers together, face to face in Sydney, for an event built around one conversation: what the ROI of Org Design really means, where it genuinely shows up, and where it doesn't.

This is a peer conversation just CPOs talking honestly with people who are living the same realities.

What to expect:

Networking opportunity
Together we will explore why org design now sits on the C-suite scorecard, and why it matters for CPOs to grab it and own it
Interactive conversation: what "ROI of org design" actually means not structural change, but workforce transformation

Who this is for:
Chief People Officers only. This event is invite-only and numbers are strictly limited to keep the conversation genuine.

We keep it small and invite-only so the conversation stays honest - CPOs sharing what's really on their shoulders with peers who understand. This is the start of a cohort, where we provide the space for you to share, learn and connect.
