Who this is for: New treasurers and those requiring a good refresher and those with limited accounting/book keeping experience

The broad areas covered include:

Duties of a Treasurer
The external reporting requirements
Internal duties of a Treasurer; the day-to-day responsibilities.
Accounting software systems
Internal controls
Incorporated societies current and new reporting requirements

There will be lots of opportunity to ask questions.

Morning tea will be provided.

NOTE 1: Cancellation for training sessions. Please be aware that we require two working days’ notice if you wish to cancel your registration. If you cancel after this time payment is still required. We may (at our discretion) provide a credit note to be used for other training courses within twelve months of the original course. NOTE 2: Should a course, due to Covid-alert level conditions nearer the time, need to be postponed or moved across onto Zoom, we shall advise nearer the scheduled date, with as much notice given as possible. NOTE 3: A refund will be made but will not include the booking fee amount which was part of the session cost that ANCAD paid when the ticket was first purchased. NOTE 4: ANCAD reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session if a session is undersubscribed or if there is a genuine reason it cannot take place as advertised. Communication to this effect will be sent to everyone who has registered prior to the session date.
