In this 3 hour workshop for expectant couples, co-parents or individual parents, you will learn;

The unique needs of new mothers / birth parents and how to make sure they are met, especially in the early months.
How to care for your own AND each others mental health and emotional wellbeing after baby arrives and when to seek more help.
How to tune in to yourself, your baby and your partner, to create secure attachments and nurture your intimate and family relationships.
How 'The Big 3' - Feeding, Sleep and Settling will impact on your wellbeing, and strategies to support your family to cope when it gets hard.
In what ways your own experience of being parented will impact on the parent you become and what strategies can help you avoid making the same mistakes as your parents did!

This workshop has been designed to give you the foundations you need to create deep, strong roots for your baby to grow from.

A light afternoon tea will be provided.
