Are you preparing for the Brighton Beach Marathon, Half, 10km or Kieser 5km?  

Join elite runner Brett Robinson, Kieser Principal Physiotherapist Steve Ooi, and run coach & Sole Motive Race Director Julie Tedde for a panel packed with practical insights to have you covered from start to finish. 

What to expect: 

  • Training strategies and tips
  • Injury prevention and recovery essentials
  • Race-day mindset and preparation
  • Strength training for running

Whether you're chasing a PB or just starting your journey, this session dives into the tools every runner needs to perform their best. 

About the panel: 

  • Brett Robinson is the Australian Half Marathon record holder (59:57) and has the country's second-fastest Marathon time (2:07:31). He competed at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics and has since made major strides, winning the 2021 Melbourne Marathon, and breaking Rob De Castella's 36-year-old national Marathon record.
  • Steve Ooi is a physiotherapist and partner at Kieser with over 10 years of experience, specialising in foot and ankle conditions. A competitive runner with the Sandringham Athletic Club, his passion for running informs his expertise in managing lower limb pathologies, helping active individuals stay at their best.
  • Julie Tedde: Race Director at Sole Motive and Head Coach at TRG Triathlon & Multisport, brings over 30 years of experience in the triathlon and endurance sports community. She plays a pivotal role in delivering major events like the Brighton Beach Marathon, Run Melbourne, and The Canberra Times Marathon Festival. As a coach, she has guided athletes to Age Group World Championships and Kona, while also mentoring emerging talent through Triathlon Victoria’s Development Program.
